Moon Stone trinket
Moon Stone is an unlockable trinket in Andromeda, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives a 10% chance of adding a rune/soul stone to the rewards from opening Chests, or destroying Tinted Rocks, Slot Machines, and Beggars.
Guarantees a rune/soul stone to appear in Planetariums and Abandoned Planetariums.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
Tainted Andromeda.
